The Scriptura Academy is where clinicians learn the Sequence Method, the structured clinical intake and decision protocol developed by Sabrina Runbeck PA-C over years of longevity practice.
The Sequence Method carries a patient through eight named steps:
- Intake, patient history, goals, and contraindications
- Lab Read, reference and functional range interpretation
- Risk Band, low, moderate, or elevated, with rationale
- Priority Stack, ranked sequence of what to address first
- Intervention, compound, dose, route, and cycle length
- Sequence, foundation, initiation, escalation, and consolidation
- Clinical Follow-up, lab cadence, biomarkers, and escalation triggers
- Re-entry, next wave planning, holdouts, and cycle gaps
Nothing is improvised. Every recommendation can be explained. Every clinician on the team runs the same protocol.
The Academy is being built in modules. The first modules cover intake and lab read. New modules land as the curriculum grows, and every module is written for the treating clinician, not for a search engine.
